A Divorce Law Firm in the US Florida region, offering a wide range of services covering data communication, Internet access and Internet related services for Florida Citizens to get divorced quickly and affordably.

Their Business Challenge

The customer wanted to launch a service on divorce with new Rate plans, but its legacy billing systems, Questionnaire filling and Client Document creation was a limitation. The need was to support the online users to get Divorced quickly and affordably through online without going to court hearing on which permits multiple family cases like Divorce – With Kids, Without Kids, with kids missing spouse, without kids missing spouse, with kids un-cooperative spouse, without kids un-cooperative spouse and according the client case automated/simplified Questionnaire to the client to fill with all notifications, and by the client questionnaire submission auto generated mail to the client on the case status and auto generated Client case document preparation for the lawyer to produce in the court, Child support calculator.The challenge was to develop a customized billing solution and all case related Questionnaire development with the Court case automated document generation and it has to send to client to sign of the case papers and automated case reporting system to the client.
