The Customer needs ERP solution for integrating all departments and functions within the company on to a single application that serves all those departments’ particular needs.
The Challenge was to create a customized application that integrates all the departments with the information flow exactly as per their current production flow and to provide a billing system.

Netiapps was involved in custom development of ERP application using client server architecture. The new solution will replace their existing system of maintaining all information in books and manual billing system.
Netiapps was involved in the implementation of this solution right from requirements capture phase to conceptualization, design, development, migration and transitioning.:
1.Human Resource: Maintains employee details, Attendance, Employee training, salary and printed reports.
2. Procurement department :Maintains supplier details, purchase order information, material enquiry information, production outsourcing and reports.

Marketing department: Maintains agent details, customer details, customer requirement information, quotation info, customer PO, order planning info, invoice and delivery Chelan and reports.
4.Design department : Maintains design plan, design output, design verification, design completion, Bill of Material information and reports.

Production department : Maintains Production plan, store demand note, material return note info and report.
6.Quality control department : Maintains material inward inspection, in process inspection, final inspection and reports.

Stores department : Maintains materials information, inward register, material BILL/ DC, Stock issue, stock opening balance and report.
8.Customer support department : Maintains customer complaint, Guarantee period register, customer feed back and reports.
