Inflowtechnologies.com is a web portal which would act as the center of inflow supply chain and allow to manage, track and execute the orders.

The client is Inflow Technologies, a mega distributor of data security equipments of Nokia, Radware and WatachGard, and it has branches all over the countries. This portal enables the Inflow in delivering high performance to execute the orders from channel partners/end customers.

Providing power for fast delivery, tracking goods in the supply chain and even managing the customer dealings, are the other important features of this application.

Challenges:

The main challenge we faced was the process of consolidating the entire distribution system into a single, streamlined network, outfitted with automated inventory and order fulfillment system for the effective flow of goods in the network.

Managing the customer relation is also a big challenge, because a supply chain will be fulfilled only by good and long-standing clients.

Solution:

Based on the intensive requirement gathering sessions, we designed a system which is optimized for day-to-day operations with a capacity to scale up when meeting real time challenges. We proposed a mini supply chain management solution with capabilities of managing user database, managing branch offices, generating and processing internal and external orders, informing the clients about the new products of the company, invoicing, transporting and dispatching the material etc.

System is running in intranet, so it is very important that we need to take care of the security issues. In order to make sure this, we introduced a security plan and followed this in all applications. This ensures that the system is safe and secure from any of the data leakage and hack.
