Their Business Challenge

The customer wanted to launch new generation services with new Rate plans but its legacy billing systems, Whole sale delivery, bulk booking of goods by the district Head Office & from suppliers, tracking of goods in the warehouse and to track of the materials which came for service and replacement.
The challenge was to develop a customized billing solution, order placement, advance renewal for the order, credit purchase and tracking of that details, mail alerts of order placement and for the order delivery, warehouse tracking and service tracking.

Solution and features

Netiapps was involved in the custom development of the Material Management System and client's billing solution using a scalable architecture based on the Client Requirement. The solution is designed to integrate a new application.
Netiapps is involved in the implementation of this solution right from requirements capture phase to conceptualization, design, development, migration and transitioning.
Various features are :

1.Ware house master - It provides the information about the Ware Houses located in various Locations.

2. ASC Master - It provides all information about what an Authorized Service Center can have. Each ASC will have user name and password.

3. ASC Account Master - Give all the account details of an ASC, regarding their deposit and pay details.

4. Job Summary of ASC - This will use to enter the day to day service activities done by each ASC.

5. Supplier Master - Supplier Master contains all information about the supplier, who provides materials to DVS.

6. Item Master - It contains all material details supplied by various suppliers which include finished goods, spare parts.

7. Material inward details - It gives the item inward details with respect to suppliers, which includes total quantity, unit price, tax details, transport details etc. Material Inward can be done through either Manual entry or Excel Import.

8. Material Movement in the System - Material movement from HO to ASC, HO to RO and ASC to ASC

9. Stock in Transit Report - This gives the details of materials in transportation state.
