A 3 Star Hotel in Bangalore, India, offering various services covering accommodation, Restaurant and Resorts related services in Bangalore to accommodate quickly and affordably.

Their Business Challenge

The customer wanted to launch new generation services with new Rate plans but its legacy billing systems, online reservation was a limitation. The need was to support a billing system which permits multiple Reservations like Single room, double room, extra large rooms, Resorts, Party-halls. according the client  Selection Vacancy check, Durable to extend the reservation, Online Payment, admin rights to check the payment status, Generating Payment Report, Travel agent booking system as bulk and by individual, Client walking booking with attached to the online.

The challenge was to develop a customized billing solution and all vacancy search and room selection with more graphical user interface with admin rights to chance the availability and the rates according to the session.


Solution and features



Netiapps was involved in the custom development of Online Reservation system and client's billing solution using a scalable architecture based on the Client Requirement. The solution is designed to integrate as a new application.
