Job Description

Position: UI/UX designer

Qualification:

Experience required: 2–3 years of proven professional experience working as a dedicated UI/UX Designer.

Responsibilities:
UI/UX & Interaction Design

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to break down project requirements into clear user journeys and flow architectures.
  • Create clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces for web applications, mobile screens, and static websites using Figma.
  • Build interactive prototypes within Figma to effectively demonstrate user flows for client presentations and developer handoffs.
  • Ensure all designs align perfectly with established corporate and product brand guidelines.
Developer Collaboration & Handoff

  • Prepare clean, well-structured Figma files (utilising auto-layout, components, and clear naming conventions) to help frontend developers smoothly convert designs into Laravel (Blade) and Next.js structures.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team during the development phase to review implemented frontends, ensuring visual accuracy and responsive integrity.
  • Support internal and client-facing needs by designing high-quality business presentations, product decks, logos, and digital branding assets as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong, hands-on proficiency in Figma (including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping); Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Canva AI; Next.js; HTML/CSS; JavaScript; Bootstrap; and Tailwind CSS.
  • A solid understanding of responsive web design principles, mobile layouts, and Progressive Web App (PWA) constraints. (You don’t need to code, but you must know how web layouts behave).
  • Experience working side-by-side with frontend/backend developers and explaining design logic clearly.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX case studies, user flows, and final high-fidelity screens for web and mobile applications.

Key Deliverables

  • Presentation-ready Figma design screens and interactive prototypes for client demos.
  • Production-ready asset handoffs (icons, UI kits, design tokens) for development teams.
  • Polished marketing/business presentation decks and brand assets (logos, graphics).
